It is the last step that wins; and there is no place in the pilgrim's progress where so many dangers lurk as the region that lies hard by the portals of the Celestial City. It was there that Doubting Castle stood. It was there that the enchanted ground lured the tired traveler to fatal slumber. Healing Scriptures
Whether you are seeking the Lord to heal you spiritually, physically or emotionally these Bible verses will help you find comfort.
James 5:13-15
Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Isaiah 58:8
Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you;The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.
Psalm 41:3
The Lord will strengthen him on his bed of illness; You will sustain him on his sickbed.
Exodus 23:25
